Full Job Description
- Health Assessments & Care Planning: Evaluate residents' health and care needs, creating individualized care plans
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and monitor residents' health
- Nursing Care: Provide nursing services, including wound and palliative care
- Team Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, personalized care
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with CQC guidelines
- Emotional Support: Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and their families RGN, (Health & Social Care),

Active NMC Pin Minimum of 12 months' experience working in elderly care, including Alzheimer's and Dementia Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with initiative Familiarity with CQC regulations and standards
SALARY: £22.60/hr HOURS: 24.5 hours/week - Working 07:45 to 20:15 on a rotating schedule: Thursdays and Sundays one week, then Monday and Sunday the next week Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team at Hillside Lodge, a highly regarded and modern care home in Pulborough.
