Full Job Description

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse in Dover? Do you value having the time and support to make a real difference in the life of an individual client?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work within a small, supportive team providing personalised care to an adult living with complex health needs. In this role, you will work 2-2-1 with our client and their long-term care team, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in their own home.

This position is ideal for a registered nurse with post-registration experience in complex care, with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Our client requires an additional nurse to provide 48 hours of care per week. This role can be a full-time position or part-time, with a commitment to two shifts per week.

Wednesday: 20:00 - 08:00
Thursday: 20:00 - 08:00
Saturday: 20:00 - 08:00
Sunday: 20:00 - 08:00

About our client:
Our client has a range of complex care needs that require specialised nursing support. They receive dedicated care from a friendly team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, providing support in the family home. We have a strong and established relationship with the client and their family.

The client has cerebral palsy, dystonia, and requires airway management. They rely on BiPAP therapy for respiratory support, which involves regular monitoring of ventilation settings and strict adherence to prescribed treatment protocols.

You will join their nursing team, who are committed to effectively managing these symptoms to ensure the client's comfort.

Upon joining the team, you will receive a thorough client induction, including paid training, ongoing specialist training, consistent support from nurse managers, and ongoing CPD with nurse revalidation support.
