Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time registered Nurse Associate in our award winning CYP Community Eating Disorders Team. This is a dynamic and evolving service supporting children and families in the Hertfordshire community, and by way of a new service development offering intensive day treatment and in reach support across Tier 3 to Tier 4 pathways., This is an established role in an established service. The Nursing Associate will hold a caseload and deliver evidence-based treatment to young people suffering with an eating disorder under the supervision of the nursing team. They may also run an ECG/medical monitoring clinic and offer physical health assessment to compliment the comprehensive psychological, developmental, and social assessment undertaken by members of the MDT., The Nursing Associate has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan and across the fields of Nursing[ ]providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The Nursing Associate works independently under the leadership of registered nurses, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process.
