Full Job Description
The successful applicants will play an active role within our team. It's all about giving our patients the best possible quality of life.
The support we offer is tailored to meet individuals' medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.
You will:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines
Maintain high standards of care delivery by working collaboratively within regulatory body standards and the Sue Ryder Quality Governance Policy
Act as an ambassador of Sue Ryder to service users and their relatives, colleagues and members of the public
Thorpe Hall Hospice is the only specialist palliative care inpatient unit in Peterborough. We provide care and support for people who are living with life-limiting conditions, as well as supporting their families., We actively encourage applications from people from all backgrounds to help us to provide the best possible experience for the people who use our services and continue to make Sue Ryder a great place to work, and attract and recruit the best, most diverse workforce possible.
