They are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their friendly, award-winning team., As a Registered Nurse, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for the residents, undertaking nursing tasks such as distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, and providing high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.
