Registered Nurse- Bank

This is a Registered Nurse - Bank position at the Spencer House Care Home in Northampton, operated by Avery Healthcare. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents, acting as a person in charge, and supervising the care team.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions. They will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition and ensuring effective deployment and supervision of the care team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience, relevant post-basic qualifications, and display good interpersonal skills and knowledge of care planning.
