The role involves acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents., As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift and residents receive the required care.
