Registered Nurse Devon

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a passion for palliative and end of life care to join our Community based Team in Devon., The main duties of this role involve working in the community to provide palliative care, including managing symptoms, administering medication, and supporting patients and their families through the end-of-life process. They are responsible for creating care plans and ensuring care is person-centered. Nurses must also coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient comfort and family understanding. Additionally, they play a crucial role in advance care planning and must possess advanced communication skills to effectively support patients and their families.
