Are you a dedicated RGN looking for a new challenge within a diverse, community setting? Do you want to combine your primary care, acute and emergency nursing skills all in one place and keep your NHS Pension? Working in secure healthcare will bring new challenges. The days are varied and there is a wide range of training and development opportunities. You will be part of a wider multi-disciplinary team delivering primary care, mental health, and substance misuse services to our patient Please note the welcome payment is payable to new candidates joining Spectrum Community Health CIC. We aim to be flexible in matching your availability with our work patterns and the needs of the service and therefore we are also able to offer part time and flexible working options. The post holder will work in a unique and diverse environment, often delivering the many of the nurse-led services that are provided in the wider community. Prison nurses provide holistic care across the whole patient journey. Working in a challenging, multi-faceted environment like a prison, the post holder will deliver holistic and compassionate care to a complex community with varying needs. The role offers versatility as you'll pick up additional skills to develop your knowledge and skills base.
