A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to become part of our team., Working closely with your Deputy Manager and well-established team of staff, you will create and lead a vision for the home.

You will demonstrate natural leadership skills, whilst keeping the residents at the heart in all that you do.

Your main responsibilities are to ensure person-centred care of our residents, maintaining occupancy levels, recruiting, retaining and managing your team, liaising with residents' families and other care professionals and keeping up to date and complying with CQC and care standards.

You will demonstrate our core values in all that you do, and will be a role model for your team, inspiring them with your passion and striving for excellence throughout the home.

Ideally you will be an experienced Registered Manager, hold a current NMC pin, with at least 2 years' experience in a nursing home environment, have a relevant professional qualification, and able to demonstrate a proven track record in care home management with excellent leadership, problem solving and managerial skills.
