Registered Nurse - Liverpool DTU

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Day Therapy Unit at Liverpool Hospice. You will work alongside a Clinical Nurse Manager and Senior Nurse as well as other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated and co-ordinated service that delivers care and support to people with terminal illnesses, whilst also offering vital emotional support for their families., Youll be part of a supportive team that truly cares about you and your development. Using a patient-centred approach and evidenced based practice, assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and co-ordinate care from admission to discharge. You will be expected to administer medication and treatment as prescribed in accordance with the NMCs and the Charitys policies and guidelines. You will also provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support for patients and carers
