Provide high-quality nursing care to older adults and individuals with dementia
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
Educate and support residents and their families on health-related issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's beautiful Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will be a qualified RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with a passion for providing exceptional care to older adults and individuals with dementia. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment., RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
Proven experience working with older adults and individuals with dementia
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
