Registered Nurse (Nursing Homes)

Hallam Medical has an opportunity for Registered Nurses (RN) to support Nursing Homes across Greater London. We are keen to speak with Agency Nurses, either RGN, RMN or RNLD with previous Nursing Home experience. This role will involve: taking handovers, medication rounds, care plan auditing, liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals as well as using specific clinical skills depending on the setting. We are currently working with a large number of prestigious healthcare organizations that have work available immediately. We have shifts available for both day and night. • Completed Preceptorship
