Maintaining accurate clinical observations of patients; escalating concerns as appropriate
To be aware of the safe policy and procedures for using subcutaneous and intravenous devices and usage of enteral feeding tubes
To communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the healthcare team, while being mindful of possible barriers to understanding
To have responsibility for the correct administration and custody of medicines according to the Trust Policy
