Full Job Description

You will be a Band 5 Registered Nurse with recent clinical placement in an acute setting and having an interest in cardiology., The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
