Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Women's and Children's Clinical Business Unit (CBU) at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust, to work as part of the Paediatric Respiratory Diagnostic team. As a nursing associate you will work as part of the multidisciplinary team delivering care as planned by a senior practitioner. You will work independently under the leadership of the Registered Nurse, providing leadership, supervision and guidance to junior staff within your scope of practice. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, committed, and enthusiastic person with a passion for wanting to work in Paediatrics services, Being an accountable professional and practice in line with NMC code of conduct

  • Act in the best interests of the service user in accordance with the NHS Values and Behaviours
  • Providing and monitoring care for Paediatric patients in the area
  • Deliver care as planned/prescribed by the Registered Nurse
  • Deliver person centred care recognising all health needs and liaising with other healthcare professionals as required.
