  • Excellent customer care skills
  • The ability to obtain and accurately record data on the national database whilst dealing empathetically with grieving and distressed clients
  • Be able to work in a high-pressure environment where working as part of a team is important for the successful delivery of quality registration services.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft data bases e.g. word, excel and be able to adapt to service specific software., Excellent customer care skills
