Full Job Description
- Provide essential administrative support to the management team.
- Take minutes and ensure smooth service operations.
- Communicate professionally with key stakeholders, including service users, across various channels.
- Handle sensitive and confidential issues with the utmost discretion.
- Support health and safety protocols, including as a fire marshal and first aider.
- Enter information into internal and government databases and systems.
- Act as a Deputy Registrar of Births and Deaths when needed, assisting customers with essential documentation.
- Track fees, compile reports, and submit statistics and returns.

Permanent Grade: 3 - £26,409 - £32,654 (Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review and Service Redesign) Working 36.5 hours per week, any 5 days in 7.
