Full Job Description

To help achieve our goals, we're looking for a Registry Officer (Programmes) to perform a number of business critical functions which include ensuring the accuracy of student records and working with colleagues in academic Schools to service and support Examination Boards. You will be someone who has the ability to effectively manage your own suite of academic programmes which are taught both in Cardiff and at our International Partners.

Comfortable with working in a fast-paced team, you will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.

You'll pay a key role in supporting the student and staff experience by:

-Managing the end-to-end overview of the student life cycle, from enrolment through to the notification of results.
-Being the main point of specialist advice for academic staff and student queries in relation to examination boards.
-Co-ordinating examination board schedules and ensure these work efficiently and effectively and to appropriate timescales.
-Preparing business critical reports to inform Examination Boards of students' progress and providing guidance to allow consistent decisions according to the academic regulations.
-Managing all post examination board assessment processes for your suite of programmes to ensure they are followed in accordance with required deadlines.
-Establish a network with staff to manage the flow of information pertinent to the progression of students throughout their study.

Your dedication to networking, teamwork, and collaboration, including working with overseas partners, will demonstrate your commitment to fostering strong professional relationships. With excellent analytical and numerical skills, you will excel at interpreting complex reports with precision and a keen eye for detail. Your IT expertise will ensure accurate data entry and thorough analysis of reports. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills enable you to convey ideas clearly and build meaningful connections.

Additionally you'll:
-have experience of effectively using a student registration and assessment record system.
