- Understand and translate regulatory concepts into advice to the business, and support understanding of the impact of their Strategies, Policies, Processes and Procedures on delivering our License obligations.
- Provide guidance on how to reflect key concepts in their ways of working, documents and decisions.
- Contribute to comprehensive written assurance submissions for the Board, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with 4NL regulatory standards.
- Guide business units on the information required for assurance submissions and support cross-functional teams in understanding and meeting regulatory requirements. Key Measures of Success:
- Operating with integrity.
- Proactive and positive relationships with internal business functions and the regulator, contributing to a collaborative and integrated approach to regulatory compliance and assurance.
- Understanding regulatory license requirements and using these to guide the business and help embed the new regulatory and assurance framework.
