Rehabilitation Assistant

The main responsibilities of the post and listed in the Job Description - please see for further information: 1. To work flexibly and assist in effective and efficient delivery of the service. 2. To be able to conduct therapy treatment plans with people on the wards and in their own homes on visits. This includes chronic, acute and palliative care within own competencies, recognising own limitations and seeking advice when necessary. 3. To provide patients and relatives with information and education thus ensuring they have meaningful choices that promote dignity, independence and quality of life.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant with a passion for general physical rehabilitation to work within NELFT's London based Inpatient Rehabilitation Services.

As part of the team on the wards, you will support the therapy team in IPR to provide patient-centred treatments.
