Full Job Description

The post holder will work primarily alongside the team's specialist Neuro Physiotherapist; but on occasion support with therapy interventions under the supervision of the occupational therapist, clinical psychologist, dietitian and speech & language therapist. This post will allow candidates, who meet the person specification, to develop multi-disciplinary skills in the field of neuro-rehabilitation through gaining further knowledge and competencies., The role of the Assistant Practitioner is to deliver a high quality, caring andcompassionate patient care. The post holder will be undertake assessment,implementation and evaluation of patient care needs for a defined group ofpatients under the indirect supervision of a registered professional in theirspecialist area. The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of therapeutic care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.
