Full Job Description

Our client a 34-year-old male who has an acquired brain injury. The successful candidate will be required to perform the following activities:

  • Initially shadow rehabilitation sessions intending to support the client in carrying over goals in their home environment.
  • Support with leisurely activities such as archery.
  • Attend MDT meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Monitor and report any drug or alcohol use
  • Prompt self-care and managing the home environment.
  • Successful Candidates will:
  • Have access to full Training - including Brain Injury Awareness Training
  • CPD opportunities
  • Will be subject to Full Enhanced DBS
  • Competitive Hourly Rate
  • Gain Experience working with an MDT, We offer flexible work patterns - full time, part time, ad-hoc and a variety of shifts with our clients to suit any life style!

    We are looking for psychology graduates,support Workers and Healthcare Assistants or suitable candidates who would be willing to support people both within their home environment and also willing to provide support in helping service users access the community. We are looking for candidates that are confident with working independently and providing empirical feedback where necessary., We are currently seeking a Rehabilitation Coach for our client. Experience in supporting people with brain injuries is essential. Possession of a relevant degree is preferable., A genuine desire to make a positive difference to the lives of others with the ability to promote well-being through positive attitude and work practices

  • Must have a Full UK Driving License and access to your own car
  • Have Experience in the field of Psychology
  • Willing to become self-employed
