Full Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Officer Vision Impairment (ROVI) you will provide community careand support, helping individuals overcome problems that can be caused by a VisionLoss. You will be part of a specialist team which provides psychological and emotionalsupport, rehabilitation services, mobility training and technical services acrossShropshire to those with a vision and/or hearing impairment.

  • Honors Degree or DipHE/Foundation Degree in Rehabilitation Studies (Visual
  • Impairment) or equivalent.
  • Ability to complete long cane training.
  • Experience of working with adults with visual impairment and their carers in the
  • community
