Full Job Description

Support the multi-disciplinary team in the delivery and administration of group based programmes. This will be a mixture of virtual and face-to-face contacts.

Deliver interventions as delegated by Therapists, to support patients to achieve their optimum level of independence and quality of life in the most appropriate setting for the individual.

Main duties of the job

Assist patients to overcome their difficulties, build confidence, and improve or maintain functional ability and independence in everyday tasks under the supervision of a Therapist.

Participate in multi-disciplinary teams promoting the role of rehabilitation and taking an active part in team projects.

Organise and manage a delegated caseload; obtain service data, analyse where appropriate and bring forward ideas for service development.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
