Reinstatement Cost Assessor, Building Surveying (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)

This is an exciting role for candidates who are looking to progress their building surveying career within our diverse, passionate and thought leading team. This is a rewarding role which will involve providing assessments of building reinstatement costs for insurance purposes to a range of public sector and commercial clients. Zurich Resilience Solutions is pivotal to supporting our customers internally and externally, with market leading risk management solutions which include onsite assessment, account management, thought leadership advice and much more. You'll be supported with a clear development plan to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to undertake this role and support our customers. The role is home based, and candidates will need to travel to customer sites across Central and Northern England. A fully expensed company car will be provided. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. What will you be doing?

• Contribute towards desktop and on-site assessments in-line with local and global guidelines.
• Assist in producing bespoke reports to a professional standard and delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Prioritise individual workload to deliver for our customers efficiently and effectively.
  
  Experience of or passion for building surveying and the built environment
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work both independently and as part of a team
• Invested in self-development and the development of others including setting clear and ambitious goals
