A bit about the job: The Reinsurance Finance Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team based in Norwich. In this position, you will collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders, working together to solve complex problems and ensure the delivery of precise, timely financial reporting. While you'll handle essential routine monthly tasks, this role also presents a stimulating mix of investigative work and the chance to solve unexpected challenges that may arise. • Experience working in a similar finance role with basic understanding of Reinsurance or accounting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can confidently build and maintain effective business relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with large complex Excel documents
• AAT or ACCA qualified or working towards the qualification

• Starting salary circa £30.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
