Full Job Description

This role is crucial in connecting customers to the high voltage transmission system in England and Wales and turning the UK's net zero ambitions into reality.

The Relationship assistant supports the team in ensuring our customers are guided through our connections process.

What you'll do

  • Provide support to the Relationship Managers and attending customer meetings where required.

  • Act as a team data champion for our CRM system to ensure our data is accurate; including key events, customer contact details, case management and regular liaison with Contract Coordinators.

  • Act as Customer Survey (Quality of Connection) team champion, share data to track trends and support Relationship Manager in completing investigations of surveys (closing the loop).

  • Build a basic knowledge and understanding of TO Connection Offers and Agreements.

  • Maintain and update as necessary the team's procedural documents (SOP's etc).

    Thrives in a busy working environment with numerous activities running in parallel.

  • Proven computer literacy with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet packages to at least intermediate standard is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in using a CRM System (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
