As a Relationship Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything we do - managing key client accounts and playing a vital role in delivering first-class service to our HNW clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Build meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring they receive world-class service as you manage their Collective Fund and Donor Advised Fund accounts.
  • Financial Administration: Oversee finances, from book-keeping to banking, cashflow, and payments. You'll provide clients with accurate and timely donation summaries and statements.
  • Strategic Development: Help shape the future of our services by developing innovative strategies to enhance client experiences and grow our donor base.
  • Due Diligence & Compliance: Ensure all client activities align with UK charitable law and Charity Commission regulations, safeguarding the integrity of the funds we manage.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our processing and compliance teams, ensuring smooth service delivery and a seamless client journey.
  • Grow Our Reach: Be part of our exciting growth, working with the team to expand our DAF and Collective Fund clients, while managing day-to-day client interactions.

You are a detail-oriented powerhouse with a flair for administration and communication. You're passionate about making a difference and thrive in dynamic environments. Here's what we're looking for:
  • A confident communicator who knows how to engage with HNW clients and isn't afraid to take ownership of conversations - whether it's over the phone or at events.
  • Someone with professional experience, whether through internships or a similar role, who is ready to dive in and help us grow.
  • A master of organisation and multitasking, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • A tech-savvy individual, proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems, who thrives on solving problems.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit who will work with us to create effective processes and ensure our clients are always looked after.
  • Above all, you're proactive, self-motivated, and ready to roll up your sleeves to help our clients achieve their philanthropic goals.

Are you ready to be a key player in an entrepreneurial charity that's shaking up the philanthropic world?
