Release and Transfer is a key part of the prisoner journey - ensuring that everything is place for prisoner release back into the community, or transfer to an alternative prison. This includes GP referrals and registration, as well as other healthcare services. HMP Thameside is a busy remand prison, so we have a high turnover of inmates, which makes for a fast paced, challenging, but exciting environment! Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00.
