Relief Care Supervisor

McCarthy Stone seeks a compassionate Relief Care Supervisor to support our Watson Place team in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. Help residents enjoy life in a vibrant, secure, and caring community where they're empowered to live independently.

The applicant needs to have care experience and have at least a level 2 in health and social care and be willing to work towards level 3. They need to be happy to cover day shifts and the sleeping night shifts. May suit someone who is looking for additional hours alongside a current role., We're looking for a dedicated individual with senior care experience and a minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). You should be friendly, organised, and committed to helping older adults thrive. Strong communication skills and teamwork will be vital in this role, where you'll set a high standard of care.

• Pay: £15.48 per hour for day shifts, £12.65 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 per hour on weekends.
• Hours: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, coordinated with Estate and Operations Managers.
