Relief Extra Care Support Worker

Creative Support are offering new, exciting and rewarding opportunities to work with a diverse range of people in our Extra Care service in Hull.

You will be providing personalised care and support to older adults who may have additional support needs. You will work in the principle of Creative Support, promoting active and independent lifestyles for the adults you support. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide respectful personal care.

A minimum of twelve months previous experience in a similar role is essential for our relief staff.
