We are seeking a front of house female concierge personnel in Andover, Hampshire.
The concierge officer will be working on duty alone and responsible for providing a first-class reception service, whilst ensuring the health, safety and security of the building, residents, contractors, and on-site staff.
This is a permanent contract zero hour position; covering annual leave, emergencies and sickness.

Roles and Responsibilities
The main duties of the female concierge officer are to assist the client, service users and associated agencies on site in maintaining a safe, secure, and pleasant environment.
- Create and maintain a positive first impression for the development.
- General reception duties, including excellent record keeping.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written records for other
professionals.
- To ensure factual and accurate recording of information to handover to the on-site
support teams and to ensure that all recordings of information are stored securely.
- To ensure that information is gathered and collated for monitoring and outcome
purposes.
- Dealing with service users, approved agencies, and contractors.
- Regular health and safety checks internally and externally.
- Dealing with enquiries from service users and providing the correct contact details
within a crisis.
- Ensure that any safeguarding (adult and child) issues are communicated and
escalated as per specific on-site procedures.
- Represent StrongGuard Security UK, the client and other support agencies to their
values during your duties.
- Cleaning duties as per the site cleaning schedule, if required., Identity check - we will verify your identifying credentials such as Passport or Birth
certificate. This will be the first pre-employment screening and being critical for all
employment in the UK. We will only accept original identification documents.
- Right to work check - this will validate your right to work status, we will validate
authenticity by using Home Office sources.
- Address history - you will be required to provide proof of your current address and
any other addresses you have lived within the last 10 years. You will also be
subject to a search of the public electoral roll. Where an individual is not found on
the electoral roll we will use other sources such as consumer credit 'footprint' data
to prove transactional history of a person at a specific address.
- Checkable employment / unemployment / education / self-employment history -
which involves an analysis of a minimum of 5-years checkable history for all
periods of employment / unemployment / education or self-employment, as well as
confirmation of any gaps of up to 31 days.

- A valid SIA (Door Supervision or Security) licence preferred but not essential as
