Relief Security Officer

The Role: As a Relief Security Officer, you'll be the frontline guardian of our customer's property, people, and assets. You will provide high-quality security services, strictly adhering to Assignment Instructions (AI's). This role comes with full responsibility and accountability, where your performance directly contributes to contract retention and success., On-Site Operations: Perform your duties in line with the AI's, proactively reviewing them to identify ways to improve security service.

-Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Stay fully compliant with all industry regulations and legislation. Your active front-line SIA license for Security Guarding or Door Supervision is essential, along with a CCTV PSS SIA license.

-Safety & Professionalism: Ensure site safety by reporting potential hazards and staying alert to risks. You'll take immediate action to mitigate any threats, working systematically and using common sense.

-Regular Patrols: Maintain a visible security presence, conduct routine patrols, and keep accurate records of any incidents or safety concerns.

Training & Development: You'll receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for your role, and we'll help you continue growing with additional courses. Continuous self-development is key in this role, ensuring you're always equipped to meet industry demands. You will also be responsible for ensuring your SIA license is renewed in good time.

Security & Health & Safety:

-Actively monitor for Health & Safety hazards and report them immediately.

-Stay alert and responsive to any changing conditions or threats within the environment.

-Handle difficult situations professionally, using initiative and sound judgment to resolve conflicts.

Experience: Previous security experience is essential for this role.

-Licensing: SIA License required; SC Clearance is desirable.

-Mobility: You must have a driving license and your own vehicle to travel between locations.

Hourly Rate: £11.44
