Full Job Description

Our relief team offers a flexible solution to Williams Lea, often working on critical projects on client sites. As a Receptionist within our Relief Team, you will be working various shifts covering holidays and sickness to ensure our services are fully staffed across multiple office locations in the United Kingdom, sometimes at short notice. The role would ideally be suited to applicants who are happy to work on a full-time basis but understand that there could be gaps in assignments due to the nature of cover required.
Your role will be varied depending on the needs of the client site; however, core tasks can include; welcoming clients and visitors to the office, organising and preparing hospitality and offering administrative support to the firm. Every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach., First Impressions and Reception:
Efficiently and promptly answer client queries.
Adhere to all Williams Lea policies and procedures.
Interact courteously with clients and visitors, following company protocols.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence.
Hospitality:
Assist with hospitality services, such as guest reception and refreshments.
Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
General Administrative Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet service levels.
Maintain a responsive and adaptable approach.
Client Relationship Management:
Recognise and understand client needs and translate client requirements into responsive services.
Foster positive relationships between Williams Lea and clients.
Mail Services:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Sort, distribute, and process mail according to company guidelines.
Filing, Archive, and Document Management:
Organise and maintain physical and digital files.
Follow established procedures for document management.
Retrieve and archive documents as needed.
Reprographics:
Assist with photocopying, printing, and other reprographic tasks.
Ensure accurate reproduction of documents.

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to interact with people across a diverse range of backgrounds and levels.
Well presented with a professional manner.
Computer literate with good knowledge of all MS packages.
Quick learner.
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral
Hands on team worker.
Attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration.
You'll be able to deal with urgent tasks in a timely and effective manner, and the ability to multitask is important for this position.
