Full Job Description
You'll be working at a welcoming respite support service with six rooms, providing care for individuals who stay for varying durations-from weekends to several months. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs, fostering close relationships with their families to provide holistic care.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
- Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.
- Night Support: Assist with personal care needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night
