Full Job Description
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
- Generate your own leads and business, managing an existing client bank and generating referrals
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service. We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need: 1. - Demonstrable track record within the Mortgage industry
- Engaging with people from all walks of life. You're able to hold conversations to establish their needs and wants. You communicate effectively through email, phone, face to face and on videos for our social channels
- Spinning a lot of plates, you've mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact and ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained
- Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach

Basic salary: £24,000 dependent on experience + guaranteed monthly amount whilst building a pipeline for up to 6 months - Uncapped commission scheme - OTE £60,000+
