Full Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated Administrator - Renewals to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Norwich, Norfolk.

As our Administrator - Renewals you will provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants., Liaising with landlords, tenants, branches

Ensure the smooth transition throughout the renewal process

Obtaining instructions from landlords before the end of the tenancy

Preparing new tenancy agreements

Administering periodic tenancies

Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements

Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator - Renewals

Outstanding Customer Service skills

Solid administration skills

Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented

Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
