As a Renewals Sales Executive you will provide a professional and effective service, supporting business clients throughout the contract renewal stage. You will gather information, ensuring that we have a full knowledge of the client and their property, allowing Altus to deliver great outcomes and maximise client savings and revenue earned during the lifetime of their contract. As a Renewals Sales Executive you will build and maintain trusted relationships and manage client expectations.   • Client Engagement: Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle. Gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Altus Group to maximize their clients' savings opportunities.
  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.

  • Experience: Ideally you will have previous experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross selling and up selling.
  • Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
