Full Job Description

If you want to play an active role in improving people's lives, in a team developing and delivering a professional, customer focused and efficient housing maintenance service to the tenants of North Northamptonshire, we may have just the job for you, The Housing Property Services Team are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and experienced Asbestos Repairs Co-Ordinators with a 'can do' attitude to join the Compliance Team based at Fleming Road Depot, Corby, responsible for delivering the repair and maintenance service for the council's 8,000+ properties.

What will you be doing?

Providing asbestos technical support for NNC tradesmen and contractors.

Promoting good standards of customer care and quality of performance.

We are looking for two qualified and experienced asbestos repairs and maintenance co-ordinators.

One position will be predominantly site based whilst the other will, in the main, be office based but also there will be an expectation to attend site as and when required.

Site based duties will include carrying out, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys. Office based duties include processing surveys and samples, creating AutoCad site plans, technical guidance along with other duties associated with asbestos works in domestic properties and blocks across the North Northamptonshire area.
