Repairs Planner / Scheduler - Responsive Repairs

We are seeking a dynamic Repairs Planner/ Scheduler to join our Responsive Maintenance team in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our reactive maintenance appointments for our social housing contract.,

• Efficiently schedule and manage daily diaries for up to 20 operatives, ensuring maximum productivity.


• Monitor the system for emergency requests, ensuring prompt attention and swift resolution to meet targets.


• Handle telephone variations, coordinating with the site management team to maintain continuous site operations.


• Daily face-to-face service with our client, maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.


• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets, successfully allocating a minimum of 25-30 new orders each day.
  
  Proficiency in English communication.


• Ideally you will have experience as a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler working within the social housing maintenance sector


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work effectively within a team to meet shared objectives.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
