Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader for our Repairs team covering the Tees Valley area.
You will be expected to carry out effective supervision/management to ensure that performance and productivity targets, milestones and standards are achieved. You will manage Major Reactive repairs and manage a varied workforce in house and also contractors. You will be customer focused and manage your team to ensure that standards are met. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact with customers and colleagues within repairs.
