Reprographics Assistant

Location: Ryde

Hours: 3-4 hours per day, flexible between 8.30am - 4.30pm ( may also consider 2-3 days per week)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: approximately 3 months ( may be long term for the right candidate).

Duties:

Assisting teaching and support staff in the scanning, printing and photocopying of lesson and exam documentation,
Working to schedules,
Operating printing and photocopying machines and restocking with consumables,
Collating and stapling documents,
Light manual handling duties (boxes of paper).
May also be required to assist HR department in general administration.

Experience:

Must have previous administrative experience and a good level of computer literacy.
Experience of Google Workspace is preferred,
Must be able to work methodically, to instructions, with good attention to detail and initiative.
A DBS clearance is required, will be processed for the right candidate however if already cleared within the last 12 months or part of the Update service a distinct advantage.

Salary: £12.00 per hour worked
