Request & Access Administrator

As a Request and Access Administrator based in Ripon you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting the team in managing over 50 IT systems
• Providing a high level of customer service by participating in the resolution of individual requests and incidents
• Following the Request and Access processes ensuring they are adhered to
• Working closely with other teams across IT and the wider business
This is Ideal for someone looking to make a first move into an IT position or gain further experience in a different IT function. This is a flexible hybrid role working 40 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract, Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17.00.


• Strong customer service experience
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work within a team and share workload and liaise with wider teams in order to achieve goals
