Altus Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting our North American sales teams, working closely with colleagues across Canada and the United States. As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll drive the growth of our business by conducting in-depth research to identify high-quality sales leads, ensuring our property information is always up-to-date and accurate. If you're a motivated, resourceful individual with strong research skills and a knack for problem-solving, this role offers an exciting platform to develop your career. Flexible hybrid working arrangement is available, with 1 day per week in the office.,

  • Conduct thorough research on properties and companies across North America to support our property tax sales teams.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through multiple channels, including online research, internal systems, and third-party databases.
  • Utilize various tools to source key contacts and optimize sales opportunities for our teams.
  • Collaborate closely with our North American sales teams, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Enhance and maintain the accuracy of our internal CRM system.

    Education: A university degree is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience: Prior office, hospitality or retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory; what matters is your willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in using the Internet, search engines, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Able to quickly grasp new concepts and approach tasks logically.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative mindset for finding solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward targets and KPIs.
