Research Assistant - Evaluation & Policy Analysis Unit

This is an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Evaluation to join a small but growing team of evaluators and researchers at the Evaluation and Policy Analysis Unit at Edge Hill University.

In this role you will engage positively in research activity in the broad area of Evaluation and Policy Analysis field under the direction of the project lead/principal investigator and complete highly quality evaluation and research in the areas of Evaluation and Policy Analysis and associated subject areas, leading on data collection and data analysis as well as write up elements of the project, under the direction of the PI.

As a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Evaluation you will have;

• Excellent data analysis skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection activities as requested as well as data analysis and write up tasks.


• Detailed understanding and knowledge of evaluation methods, health service theories and policy analysis


• Previous experience of conducting high quality research involving qualitative data collection and data analysis methods


• The ability to work independently and operate flexibility and reliable whilst adapting to change as required
