Full Job Description

You will work within an interdisciplinary injury biomechanics research team where you will help develop an injury modelling tool for prediction of injury in mass-casualty events.

You will have a PhD in experimental or computational biomechanics. You will be conversant in the use of python for algorithm development and interpretation and presentation of data. You will be highly self-motivated and have excellent self-organisation skills.

The post is full time and fixed term for 9 months.

Candidates who have not yet been officially awarded their PhD will be appointed as Research Assistant within the salary range £41,694 - £44,888 per annum.

Start date is strictly Nov 1st 2024.
