Research Data Analyst

We are looking to recruit a research data analyst to play a key supporting role across the BiB family of projects. The role will involve preparing data for research use, data extraction, supporting the development and analysis of the Born in Bradford research programmes, and collaborating with colleagues to delivery high quality research. This is a full-time post based at the Bradford Institute for Health Research, which is the # 1 recruiting site for medical research in the UK this year (ahead of London, Oxford, and Cambridge), and works in close partnership with leading health researchers from across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate degree in in a subject with a major data analytics or research component; have proficiency in coding, with strong knowledge of R; experience of managing, processing and organising large, complex datasets, and the flexibility and technical skills to work across databases and statistical packages.
