Full Job Description
The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) Leicestershire have an exciting opportunity as a Research and Evaluation Officer on a full-time, permanent basis, based at Force Headquarters. You will be supporting the Violence Reduction Network's (VRN) Strategic Priority by providing expertise and partnership by ensuring our work is embedded in the latest evidence and evaluation techniques and improving internal monitoring and evaluation of interventions. - You'll be providing expertise to ensure that the team and wider partnership draws on the best available evidence in the design and development of strategies and interventions.
- You will develop accessible and practitioner-focused bulletins and briefings on the interventions and approaches which show promise in preventing violence.
- You will participate and represent the VRN in relevant local boards and national networks.
