Full Job Description
The Research Fellow will conduct rapid qualitative analyses and semi-structured interviews with diverse stakeholders. Organize and facilitate participatory workshops to evaluate and prioritize Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) strategies. Synthesize findings to inform policy recommendations and contribute to academic publications.
The successful candidate will need to have a PhD, in a relevant field. They possess strong knowledge of qualitative and participatory research methods, and have experience engaging with stakeholders across various sectors. Proven skills in data analysis and the ability to translate research findings into policy recommendations are essential.

The Centre for Food Policy at City St George's, University of London, is a leading interdisciplinary centre focused on shaping effective food systems. The Research Fellow will contribute to the "Joined up policy and practice for joined up landscapes" (JPP4JL) project, co-led by Dr. Christian Reynolds and Dr. Christopher Yap, aiming to enhance climate change adaptation through Nature-Based Solutions.
The selection process will involve a 5 minute presentation on a pre-set topic and a 25 to 30 minute interview
